Day 2 Mahopac to Poughkeepsie

We left early, after a breakfast at Rammi’s bagels. The trail went through beautiful forest and passed by ponds filled with lily pads in bloom. We made it safely despite the warnings of ticks, poison ivy, and snakes, as well as the maximum security Green Haven prison, former home to John Gotti among other notorious criminals. In Poughkeepsie we walked on the bridge and looked over the Hudson River,  which is an impressive body of water. https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1rkcTk6KtRvSviKCP8bVpSt0BD2vXHNcFhttps://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1BO5wrUk-7rpyW7-Var-4zr6lJdAdLnmrhttps://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1_5J4jBYqHvOO4L4QmZs_OMgsfOGzlRzPhttps://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1iW3qSQ20w5XjCHmAiz_HjHU8oeCeejfVhttps://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1dD2ew8BTEGTL-A_l8tkTcNHDRFSwzJh9https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1plu7N4cKHVG2h82qphpPpEsYbkC81VX_https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=1yDlrDHHVJMGO5sG7QvEBnpHPu2LgoQvZ
